Meadows Ranch Inc. is in it’s 60th year of existence. Those involved with the day to day ranch operation today are Bruce and Sally Lee and their children: Prairie, Tanner and Faithe, Megan, and Micah Lee.
In addition to the great land, cattle, horses, and dog history that belongs to Meadows Ranch, there is the long lineage of great cooking. Perfect chuck roasts, perfect homemade pasta and pies, and of course lefse, have kept us healthy and have provided to us and our friends many stories. We are grateful the cooking gene has been handed to each generation. Micah and Megan make pasta, pies, bread, and lefse learning the tricks and the trades from our mother who watched her mother and grandmother.
6th Generation Meadows Rancher, Elias Christain was born 03/11/10, to Faithe and Tanner.
